During a visit, you may have made purchases on behalf of the care recipient.
For example, you paid for the taxi or Grab fare, which is a transport expense and would like to claim it back. The transport expense is termed as a claim item. During the same visit, you may have also purchased some food on behalf of the care recipient. Hence, in a claim, you could have more than one claim item, depending on the care visit.
Please ensure that you read the visit instructions thoroughly and if necessary, check with the care owner or care recipient prior to making a purchase on behalf of the care recipient.
