When will my claims be reimbursed?

Your claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled visit end time.

When your claims are submitted on time with proof of documents, the reimbursement will be paid to your bank account following the bi-weekly payout schedule, together with your service fees payout.  For more information, please refer to the following articles:
