Why are Care Pros paid differently?

While non-healthcare individuals can be a caregiver, nursing procedures can only be performed by licensed nurses and Advanced Caregivers. In such cases, nurses (registered and enrolled) and Advanced Caregivers are compensated differently to match the complexity of care and skills required. The same applies for therapists.
