We have 2 payment cycles each month to ensure Care Pros receive regular payouts. Payouts will only be processed for "Completed" visits with successful submissions of the Visit Summary.
Monthly Payout Cycles
- 1st Cycle - 1st to 15th day of each calendar month
- 2nd Cycle - 16th to the last day of each calendar month

8 working days* from the end of each Payment Cycle

A payout statement will be sent to your email and the finalised amount will be credited to your bank account registered with Homage.
*Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are considered non-working days, and banks do not process payments on Mondays.
