What is included in a payout breakdown?

Care Pros will be able to view the payment breakdown and visit payment details in the Care Pro app for each completed visit including:

General information

• Payout period
• CO / CR's name
• Visit date & time

Payout items

• CP Transport allowance
• CP incentive, if any
• SST deduction on brokerage
• Nett CP payout

Fees & Waivers, where applicable

• CP late or cancellation fee, if applicable
• CP late or cancellation fee waiver, if processed & approved by Homage
