We have 2 payout cycles each month to ensure Care Pros receive regular payouts. If you have not received your Care Pro payout for completed visits:
- Check if you have submitted all outstanding Visit Summary for "Completed" visits in your Care Pro app
- Review your banking details provided in the Care Pro app under Account > My Profile > My payout Details
- Take note of Homage's payout cycle.
