There are 2 ways to submit a claim. Claims must be submitted with your visit summary, and within 24 hours of the visit end time. Otherwise, it will not be processed.
Method 1
1. From the Care Pro app, view your visits in the Active Visits section.
2. If you have not submitted your visit summary, click on “Submit Summary & Claims” on the visit.
3. Fill in your visit summary.
4. Scroll down to “Do you have any items to claim?” under Claims section. Select “Yes, claim now”.
5. Select the matching item type for the claim item.
6. Key in your item amount and share description of the claim item.
7. Tap on the Camera icon, and upload an image of your receipt or any proof of expenditure. Ensure the app has permission to access your camera.
8. Select "Yes" unless specified that the claim is chargeable to Homage, in which case, select "No."
9. Once done, click on “Review Summary & Claims”.
10. Scroll down and check the details of your claim before sliding right to submit.
Method 2
1. Open the Care Pro app and click on the alert (bell) icon on the top right.
2. Click on “Write Visit Summary” to submit your visit summary and claims.
3. Repeat steps in Method 1.
For both methods, you can select “Yes, claim later” on the Visit Summary page and revisit the page later to submit the claim.
