Please remember not to disclose any personal contact information to Care Recipients or their Next of Kin (NOK). Safeguarding your personal contact details is essential for maintaining the appropriate professional boundaries according to Homage’s care policies and ensuring your wellbeing as a Care Professional.  

2. Adhere to Assigned Scope and Duration:

It is crucial that you do not deviate from the assigned scope of services and duration of care. Following the care plan ensures consistency and quality in the services we provide, and helps in managing the expectations of care recipients and their families.
