How do I clock out for a visit?

Once you have completed your visit, remember to clock out. Here's how to do so:

1. Go to the "Visit" tab on your Care Pro App and click on the relevant visit.
2. Click on "Clock out" and then "Slide to Submit".
3. Once Clock out time has been submitted, click "Ok".

If you do not clock out from your visit, Homage will not be able to process the payout. The visit will remain in the "Upcoming" tab and the visit status will reflect "Confirmed" instead of "Completed".
