During a visit, an incident can happen to the Care Pro and/or the Care recipient. Care Pros may also have concerns with the visit.
If there has been an incident or you have any concerns, please inform Homage by detailing the incident and/or concern on the Incidents/Concerns screen in-app after Visit Summary submission.
If you are faced with an urgent or life-threatening situation, please contact the relevant authorities immediately when needed, such as the ambulance or police, and inform Homage accordingly.
