All Homage Care Pros are required to submit a visit summary after each visit for the Care Recipient’s family members to have peace of mind and better understand the care experience that their loved one received.
The visit summary must be submitted within 24 hours of the end of the visit. In case of dispute after the visit, we will refer to details within the visit summary, so please be as detailed as possible.
After a visit summary is submitted, you will be prompted to complete the Incidents/Concerns screen. This is required only if you have an incident or concern with the care visit. An incident or concern submission will prompt Homage to review and take action accordingly.
