How do I report a concern with the visit?

Care Pros can develop concerns during a care visit where there is missing or inaccurate information from the visit details by Homage.

Possible concerns can include:

• Difference in
  • Services required / Medical escort details
  • Care Recipient details (e.g., Weight, Mobility level)
  • Manual transfer details (e.g. Additional help available)
• Others, e.g. Care Pro's skills and competencies not a good match for visit, Undisclosed pet

To report a concern, please refer to the video guide and steps below:

1. After submitting your Visit Summary, select Yes to "Did you have other concerns with the visit?"
2. Select all concerns that apply.
3. Provide as much detail as possible, indicating the missing or inaccurate information and corresponding correction.

Homage team will review your report within 3 working days.
