If a Care Owner or Care Recipient requests your service beyond the scheduled visit time, please follow these steps:
1. Check if you are available to provide care beyond the initial visit time.
2. Identify if the visit is under our partner organisations or an individual Care Owner. Time extensions will only be available for visits from individual Care Owners unless otherwise stated in the Visit Requirement details.
3. Inform the Care Owner that they will be billed for the additional time. They may contact Homage directly for the exact charges.
4. Clock out at the newly requested time and select "I worked longer."
5. Confirm by selecting "Ok, please verify."
6. Finally, submit your visit summary to complete the visit.
Homage will review your submission with the Care Owner, and your payout will be adjusted accordingly. If you require further assistance, please submit your request below, and we will respond within 3 business days.
