To make sure you never miss a visit opportunity, it’s essential to have both Push Notifications and WhatsApp Notifications enabled.
These notifications will keep you updated on new visits, care recipient requests, and important reminders. Follow the steps below to easily turn on notifications.
Step 1: Enable Push Notifications
1. Open the App
- Launch the app and click "Accounts"
2. Go to Notification settings
- Select "Notification settings" from the list of options.
3. Enable App Notifications
- Enable the App Notifications toggle and switch it to ON
- Enable New visits, Saved Filters to ON and Reminders toggle to ON
4. Customise Your Notification Types
- Select "New Visits"
- Choose which types of notifications you want to receive for new visits:
- All New Visits : Visits with match your skill
- Requested Visits: Where care recipients has requested you specifically.
- Past Care Recipients: Care recipient you have served in the past
- Nearby visit : Nearby your home or nearby any other assigned visit.
- Visit bonus: Visits with incentive added
Step 2: Enable WhatsApp Notifications
1. Go to Notification Settings
- Tap on Account and select Notification settings
2. Turn On WhatsApp Notifications
- Select WhatsApp Notifications, tap the toggle to enable it.
Troubleshooting Tips
If You’re Not Receiving Notifications:
- Ensure that your phone has an active internet connection.
- Check if the app has permission to send notifications under your phone’s settings.
- Restart the app and try again.
