All Care Pros will have a Care Pro rating. You can view your rating under "Account" in your app.
What affects your rating?
- New Care Pros will start off with a 5-star rating.
- When you complete a care visit, the family or Care Recipient can review and rate your service. If you receive a rating of 3 stars or less, the Operations team may contact you to understand the situation.
- Your rating will be the average of all ratings you received from past visits.
Tips to get a good rating
- Engage the family or Care Recipient after visit ends to get feedback on your service and identify areas for improvement.
- Take initiative and demostrate your commitment in delivering quality care to the Care Recipient.
- Remind the family or Care Recipient to leave a rating for your service.
- Write and submit a detailed visit summary on time so that the family has peace of mind and better understand the care their loved one received.
