How does the Care Pro rating work?

All Care Pros will have a Care Pro rating. You can view your rating under "Account" in your app.

What affects your rating?

• New Care Pros will start off with a 5-star rating.
• When you complete a care visit, the family or Care Recipient can review and rate your service. If you receive a rating of 3 stars or less, the Operations team may contact you to understand the situation.
• Your rating will be the average of all ratings you received from past visits.

Tips to get a good rating

1. Engage the family or Care Recipient after visit ends to get feedback on your service and identify areas for improvement.
2. Take initiative and demostrate your commitment in delivering quality care to the Care Recipient.
3. Remind the family or Care Recipient to leave a rating for your service.
4. Write and submit a detailed visit summary on time so that the family has peace of mind and better understand the care their loved one received.
