Care Pro roles can be changed as long as you fulfill the following criteria. Homage may conduct further assessment to ascertain your suitability for a role change.

- Valid Caregiving certification. Student nurses can also provide nursing transcript.
- Valid CPR + AED certificate

- At least 1 year of hospital ward experience (excluding A&E ward)
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support + Automated External Defibrillator (BCLS + AED) certificate

| Professional Therapist |
- Valid practising certificate from Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support + Automated External Defibrillator (BCLS + AED) certificate
