How do I withdraw from a visit I applied to?

If you are no longer available for the visit, you may withdraw your application.

If you withdraw your application

• Before you are assigned, there will be no charge.
• For "Confirmed" visits, our visit cancellations policy will apply.

To withdraw your application, please refer to the video guide and steps below:

1. Go to "Apply" tab and click on the "APPLIED" tab.
2. Click on the visit you wish to withdraw from.
3. Proceed to click on "Withdraw Application".
