What are the different tags in my Inbox?

In your apply inbox, you'll notice several tags designed to streamline your visit application process:

Requested : This tag indicates visits specifically requested for your care services. You'll receive priority invitations for these visits, valid for up to 96 hours (or 14 days in certain cases). It's recommended to apply promptly to secure your visits before other Care Pros are invited.

Urgent : Visits tagged as urgent are scheduled to occur within the next 48 hours. This tag helps you plan your day efficiently and accommodate urgent care needs.

New to Homage : This tag highlights visits from Care Recipients who recently joined Homage. It's an opportunity to expand your care portfolio and connect with new clients.

Recommended : Visits tagged as recommended are those where you've been recommended. These visits might align closely with your skills or preferences.

Bonus : The bonus tag denotes visits that are eligible for Care Pro Bonus programmes or offer additional payout opportunities.

Near Your Visit: This tag indicates visits that are geographically close to your upcoming visits. You can plan your schedule more efficiently by applying to multiple visits within the same vicinity.

You can further refine your view based on specific tags using Filters, as per your preferences. Here's how:

Step 2 : Tap on the tag(s) you would like to use and select “Apply filters” to view your preferred visits.
