You can find all of their available visits in the Inbox of your Care Pro app. Simply tap the “Apply” tab to view the Inbox. New visits are added to the Inbox daily, so make sure you check often.
You can scroll through the list of available visits, or use Sort and Filter to find the visits you would like to apply for. You are encouraged to apply for as many visits as you are willing to perform. Once you are assigned to a visit, applications for other visits with overlapping timings will automatically be removed.
To apply for a visit, please refer to the video guide and steps below:
- Open your Inbox by logging in to the Care Pro app or selecting the Apply tab.
- Select a visit you are interested in.
- Read the visit details, including the location, time, services and instructions. If the visit is suitable, tap "Apply".
- (Optional) Select other visits from the same Care Recipient that you would like to apply for.
- Review the details one last time and proceed to "Slide to Apply".
- Click "OK" to return to the Inbox.
Tip: Visits which you have not viewed before will have a blue dot next to the visit. You can use this to distinguish which visits in your Inbox are new.
