How do I propose an alternative time for visits I am keen to apply for?

For visits where you are:

• A Requested Care Pro, you will be able to propose a new time immediately
• Not a Requested Care Pro, you will be able to propose a new time 5 days before the visit

To propose an alternative visit time before applying, please refer to the video guide and steps below:

1. On the Application page, you can propose a new time by tapping on the "Propose a new time" button from the Date & Time section.
2. You will see a list of alternate times that you can choose. Select your preferred time and click "Confirm Proposal". Do note that any timing not stated means it is not available.
3. After confirming the proposed time, you will be able to see your proposed time on the Application page.
4. The Care Owner will review the proposed time within 24- 48 hours.
5. Once approved, you will be assigned to the visit and receive a notification.

Note: We will prioritise those who have applied for the original time over the proposed time. For example, if you have proposed an alternative time but the Care Owner has not responded yet while another Care Pro has applied for the original time, your proposed time application will be rejected and the visit will be assigned to the Care Pro who has applied for the original time.
