We aim to match Care Pros to requested visits within 4-5 working days upon submission of a visit request.
Tap “Activity” to view the latest visit status on your Homage app. Upcoming visits will indicate either:
- Requested - Searching for a Care Pro
- Confirmed - A Care Pro has been assigned. It will also indicate the assigned Care Pro's name
If no Care Pro is available, we will continue to search for one until 1 hour before the visit start time. You may reschedule or cancel your visit without charge if no Care Pro has been assigned.
