When will I be notified if there are no Care Pros matched to my visit?

Generally, Care Pros will be assigned to care visits within 5 days from visit requests. You can also check in on the status of the visit from your Homage app.

If no Care Pro is assigned to your visit, you will be informed via email the 7 days, 5 days, 3 days, 48 hours & 24 hours before your visit.

Care visits will be cancelled automatically if they remain unassigned 1 hour before the visit start time.
