You might need to make changes for the scheduled care visits, such as extensions and reduction of visit duration or changing the time and date of the visit(s).
How to update a visit:
You can get in touch with us to make the necessary changes to your scheduled care visits via email at support@homage.com.au.
Update visit policy and charges:
- Changes made more than 7 days from the scheduled visit date will not incur any change fees.
- For visits changed less than 7 days from the scheduled visit date, Change fees will apply.
