For each scheduled care visit, our Care Pros have committed their time to deliver care to your loved ones. Cancellation and change fees are imposed to safeguard this commitment to care.
We empathise that caregiving situations may change at short notice. Should a cancellation or change be due to an extenuating circumstance, you may appeal a cancellation fee by sending an email to support@homage.com.au.
All waiver requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
