All cancellation/change fees incurred will be charged automatically through your preferred payment method. These charges will be visible on the Homage app, under the Wallet section and pegged to the respective visit.
For waivers or amendments to cancellation/change fees, a notice will be sent to you if your waiver request is approved. After which, the funds will be credited back to your account through your preferred payment method.
