Upon submission of a visit request, we will look for the right Care Pro to best meet your loved one's care needs. We aim to match a Care Pro to your requested visit within 2-3 days.
For bookings made 1-2 days before the visit date, we will try our best to match a Care Pro.
Our Care Pros are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability, and we will continue to search for one until 1 hour before the visit start time.
You can check the visit status on the Homage app or your email inbox. Under the "Activity" section in the Homage app, once a Care Pro has been successfully assigned to the visit, the visit status will change from "Searching CP" to the name of the assigned Care Pro.
Upon arrival, the Care Pro will clock in and proceed to provide care. When the visit ends, the Care Pro will clock out and submit a Visit Summary report which you can read for full details of the visit and your loved one's condition.
You can also rate each completed visit and share feedback in the Reports section of the Homage app.
