Have you booked a visit, submitted a requested Care Pro list, but would like to make some changes?
Follow this video and step-by-step guide to update your requested Care Pro list!
- Tap on 'Activity' tab
Log in to your account, tap on 'Activity' on the homepage, and you'll see a list of your upcoming visits.
- Select the visit you want to update the Requested Care Pro list
Please note that you can only update visits which do not have an assigned Care Pro, or one that has a 'Requested' status.
- Tap on 'View/edit your requested Care Pros'
- Tap on 'Edit Care Pro list'
This allows you to add or remove Care Pros.
- Add/remove Care Pros from the existing requested Care Pro list
To add or remove a Care Pro, simply check or uncheck the box next to their name. If you decide not to have any requested Care Pros, simply select 'Clear All' at the top right corner to uncheck all the selection.
- Select 'Save and Update'
Once done, select 'Save and Update'.
- Look out for the 'Requested Care Pros updated!' confirmation pop-up
You should see a 'Requested Care Pros updated!' confirmation pop-up. You will then be directed to the updated list of requested Care Pros for your visit.
We will do our best to fulfil your request, but this is dependent on the availability of your requested Care Pros. If they are not available, we will look for a Care Pro that best matches your preferences.
To increase the likelihood of getting your requested Care Pro, we recommend choosing at least 5 individuals and booking at least 7 days in advance.
