We understand that unexpected situations can arise and you may have to cancel your visit.
For visits which are:
- "Requested": We are still searching for a Care Pro. You can make changes at no charge.
- "Confirmed": A Care Pro has already been assigned. It will also indicate the assigned Care Pro's name. Do note that change fees may apply and you can view the fees here.
To make cancellation, please refer to the video guide and steps below.
1. Log in to the Homage app.
2. Select "Activity" located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the visit you wish to cancel and tap "Cancel visit".
4. Verify the visit you wish to cancel. For multiple-visit cancellations, select "Cancel more visits".
5. Select your reason(s) for cancellation. You can also include additional feedback.
6. Tap to confirm the visit cancellation.
7. Cancellation fees will be reflected where applicable.

For assistance outside of office hours, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
