How can I learn more about the assigned Care Pro?

To find out more about the assigned Care Pro, please refer to the steps below.

1. Log in to the Homage app.
   
   
2. Tap "Activity" located at the bottom screen.
   
   
3. Select the visit you want to know more about.
   
   
4. Tap "View Profile" to view details on their past work experience, caregiving competencies, spoken languages and more.

For enquiries regarding visits starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.

For enquiries regarding visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
