We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to change the visit duration or reschedule the visit time or date.
For visits which are:
- "Requested": We are still searching a Care Pro, you can make changes at no charge.
- "Confirmed": A Care Pro has already been assigned, do note that change fees may apply. You can view the fees here.
To make changes, please refer to the video guide and steps below.
- Log in to the Homage app.
- Select "Activity" located at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the visit you wish to change.
- Select "Change Appointment".
- Select the reason for rescheduling your visit.
- Select the new date and time for your visit.
- Review the changes and select your payment option.
- Confirm the changes.
If you still need help, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.

I noticed that the schedule that I had an appointment did not show on the CP app, so they did not select the schedule that I had done. I think is your system problem. I think is your system problem.
