We recognise that establishing a strong rapport with your Care Pro is important in ensuring that quality care is delivered.
While we strive to assign the same individual or pool of Care Pros to your loved one, you may encounter new Care Pros from time to time as they are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability.
Please note that if you have been assigned a Care Pro and request for a change, there will be a change fee imposed. You can view the fees here.
If you would like to request for a change of Care Pro for visits starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app which is available from 9am to 6pm daily.
For enquiries regarding visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
