After you have successfully submitted a visit request on the Homage app, you will be able to see the visit under the "Activity" section > Upcoming.
If you requested a visit through a phone call or email, kindly note that the visit will only be reflected on the Homage app upon confirmation by our Care Advisory team. After which, you will be informed via email and will be able to view the visit on the Homage app.
For enquiries regarding visits starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For enquiries regarding visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
