Can I extend the validity of my existing/expired Prepaid Package?

We understand that care needs may change over time and that some families may require greater flexibility.

Currently, all prepaid packages come with a 2-year validity from the date of purchase. We’re sorry, but extensions are not available, and any unused hours will expire once the 2-year period ends.
