Can I transfer my Prepaid Package?

We understand that care plans can change and the intended Care Recipient may no longer require care services.

Prepaid Packages are transferable between the intended Care Recipient to another Care Recipient under the same Care Owner. However, transfers between different Care Owners are not permitted.

To request for a package transfer to book visits starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9 am to 6 pm daily.

For package transfer to book visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
