If you need to change a visit scheduled under the Pay As You Go to Package Rate, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- Notify Homage Before the Visit Begins:
To ensure that your visit is billed under the desired package rate, you must notify Homage before the scheduled start date and time of the visit. We will then be able to make the necessary adjustments to the billing. - No Adjustments After the Visit Starts:
Any changes made after the visit has started will not be eligible for a package rate adjustment. This policy ensures that visits are processed accurately and efficiently. - No Changes After Visit Completion:
Once the visit is completed, no further changes can be made to the rate. Please ensure all adjustments are made before the visit begins to avoid any discrepancies.
To request for a pricing change starting in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
To request for a pricing change starting n the next 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
