We aim to match a Care Pro to your requested visit within 2-3 days. For bookings made 1-2 days before the visit date, we will try our best to match a Care Pro.
If no Care Pro has been assigned to your visit, you will be notified via email about the visit status at the following intervals: 7, 5, 3, 2 and 1 day before the visit start date.
Our Care Pros are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability, and visits will be cancelled if they remain unassigned 1 hour before the visit start time.
If you still need help, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
