What if the assigned Care Pro may not be strong enough to assist the Care Recipient?

We match the best Care Pro based on the care recipient’s profile and preferences.

All our Care Pros have gone through Basic Caregiver Training and manual transfer training so they know how to perform a transfer safe and efficiently. You can view the individual Care Pro profile for information about their manual transfer skills.

Prior to the visit, all Care Pros will also be informed about the weight and mobility of the care recipient, so as to ensure both theirs and your loved one's safety.

When completing the Self Care Assessment on the Homage app, please ensure that the weight and mobility of the care recipient is accurate.

If there are any changes, and you have a visit in the next 3 days, please Chat with Us on the Homage app which is available from 9am to 6pm daily.

For feedback on past visits or visits starting in 4 days or more, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 working days.
