If you have questions for your assigned Care Pro, you can get in touch with them via the chat feature on the Homage app.
To chat with your Care Pro, please refer to the steps below.
- Log in to the Homage app.
- Tap "Activity" located at the bottom screen.
- Select the relevant visit and tap "Chat" located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Start chatting with your Care Pro.
If you still need help, you can Chat with Us on the Homage app from 9am to 6pm daily.
For assistance outside of office hours, you may submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days or earlier if your visit date is approaching.
