Once our Care Pros have been assigned to a visit, they have committed their availability for the full duration. To safeguard this commitment, we have implemented cancellation/change fees to minimise cancellations/changes.
That said, we understand that care plans may change at short notice when unexpected situations arise. If you are making a cancellation/change due to an extenuating circumstance, you may submit a request for a fee waiver and we may approve it on a case-by-case basis.
To submit a request for a fee waiver, please refer to the video guide and steps below:
- Log in to the Homage app
- Tap "Activity" at the bottom of the screen
- Select the "History" tab on the top of the screen and select the visit with a cancellation/change fee charge
- Tap the banner at the top of the screen
- Fill in the details and upload the necessary documents and/or photos
- Submit the waiver request. We will respond to your request via email in 21 days
Requests for a fee waiver must be submitted within 7 days after cancelling/changing the visit.
If has been more than 7 days since the visit cancellation/change, please submit a Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days.
