How do I reduce the duration of an ongoing visit?

Once our Care Pros have been assigned to a visit, they have committed their availability for the full duration.

Please note that the full service fees will still be charged despite ending the visit earlier (i.e. fees will NOT be prorated). 

If you decide to end the ongoing visit earlier than the scheduled end time, please Chat with Us on the Homage app which is available from 9am to 6pm daily.
