What is a visit summary?

We believe that involving family members in the care process enhances the well-being and overall outcomes for care recipients.

To ensure that you are well informed about the care provided and your loved one's condition, every Care Pro will share a comprehensive Visit Summary after each visit which provides visibility on:

• Visit duration
• Type of assistance provided
• Overall summary of events with timestamps
• Photo attachment(s)
• Functional status: Alertness, pain levels, vital signs, blood pressure and temperature

To view the Visit Summary on the Homage app, tap 'Reports' located at the bottom of the screen and select the relevant visit:
