I need care urgently, what should I do?

We recognise that there may be situations where you require urgent care support for your loved ones.

You can book visits on the Homage app up to 4 hours before the visit start time.

For urgent bookings made less than 24 hours from the visit start time, please note that there is a SGD 5.00 surcharge. It will only be charged if the visit takes place. Our Care Pros are assigned to visits based on their suitability and availability. For urgent bookings made less than 24 hours before it starts, we will continue to search for a Care Pro until 1 hour before the visit start time.
