How can I get Covid-19 Vaccination Report?

Care Professionals can retrieve their Covid-19 Vaccination Report in 2 ways: 

The first way is via the HealthHub App – this app has to be downloaded from the App Store.

1. Log into the app using Singpass
2. From the ‘Home’ screen, click on “Services” at the bottom navigation bar located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select “COVID-19 records” under Popular Services. Alternatively, go to your Immunisation records.
4. Click on “Download PDF” under the “Vaccination Records” section

The second way is via the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) – this is a website under HPB (Health Promotion Board) and contains all past immunisations that an individual has completed. 

1. Log into https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nirp/eservices/login using Singpass – you will directly be routed to your immunisation records
2. To download a PDF, click on the "print" icon at the top right corner
3. Click on the arrow down button at the top right corner to download a copy of the PDF
