Before you apply for visits, set up your app and profile first.
1. Care Pro profile
Under the Account tab of your app, select "My Profile":
- My Profile Summary: Upload a presentable and professional profile picture of yourself. Be detailed in your profile description. Share a brief introduction and background about yourself and your experience.
- My Vaccination Status: Upload your COVID-19 vaccination certificate, if applicable
- My Services: Select the care services you would like to and can provide. Provide more services to view more visit requests.
- My Address: Provide your current residential address. You can view visit requests within a 45km radius from your address.
- My Payment Details: Provide your preferred bank account details and double check to ensure accuracy. This will be the account your Care Pro payout will be paid to.
2. Time Availability
Under the Account tab, select "Availability" and indicate your available timings.
