What is the difference between a 'Caregiver' and an 'Advanced Caregiver'?

Our caregivers - Caregivers (CG) and Advanced Caregivers (ACG) both go through AIC accredited training which includes emergency response, CPR & Basic Cardiac Life Support. They are equipped to assist with activities of daily living (ADL) like dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.

Advanced Caregivers (ACG) undergo additional training with Singapore Rescue Training Centre, and are able to assist with simple nursing procedures including Nasogastric Tube (NGT) Feeding, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastronomy (PEG) Feeding, Urinary Bag Drainage and Blood Glucose Check.
