What is the difference between Care Services provided to Individual Clients and Institutional Clients?

For Care Services provided to Individual Clients, Homage provides referral services to connect you via our technology platform with an Individual Client. Homage collects payments on your behalf from the Individual Client while charging you a Brokerage Fee for the usage of our platform. In these circumstances, Homage is acting as the disclosed agent for you and you are the principal of that contracting arrangement with the Individual Client. 

For Care Services provided to Institutional Clients (Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing homes, Factories, Corporate Events, etc), Homage is the direct service provider to the Institutional Client and the principal of the contracting arrangement with the Institutional Client. In these circumstances, Homage engages you as Homage’s sub-contractor to provide the required Care Services to the Institutional Client.
