What happens if the visit is cancel by the Care Owner, will I be compensated?

When your assigned visit is cancelled by the family or Care Recipient, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. You may also receive a stipulated payout to compensate your loss of work.

Please refer to the table below on the Payout Policy for such cancellations. The compensation payouts will be subjected to GST.

Scenario	Compensation Payout
CO cancels visit within 24 hours from scheduled visit.	Compensation for the 1st hour of the visit
CO cancels visit more than 24 hours before scheduled visit	No compensation for the visit
CP is unassigned due to suitability reasons
CO cancels visit after visit start time	Full compensation for the visit, subjected to Homage’s review on a case-by-case basis
