When your assigned visit is cancelled by the family or Care Recipient, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. You may also receive a stipulated payout to compensate your loss of work.
Please refer to the table below on the Payout Policy for such cancellations. The compensation payouts will be subjected to GST.

| CO cancels visit after visit start time | Care Professionals will be eligible for compensation for the first hour, Any additional payout will be subject to review and approval by Homage on a case-by-case basis. |
| I was dismissed from the visit and did not notify Homage. |
Care Professionals will not receive payment for visits where they were dismissed or deemed futile if they fail to report the incident to Homage. Any such failure to report will result in deductions from the Care Professional’s payout. |
| The Care Recipient was absent during the visit. |
Any instance where a Care Recipient is absent must be promptly reported to Homage. Failure to report such absences will result in the Care Professional not being compensated. Additionally, any requests from the Next of Kin or Care Owner for the Care Professional to perform services under these circumstances should be politely declined |
