Once you have signed your Premier Care Professional (PMCP) contract, here’s what happens next :
Contract Start Date: Your contract start date will be clearly shown on your contract offer page and your signed copy. All PMCP contracts begin 14 days after signing, to allow time for scheduling and onboarding arrangements.
Onboarding Requirement: If this is your first PMCP contract, you’ll need to attend an in-person onboarding session at Homage before your contract starts. If you’ve attended an onboarding session within the past 12 months, you won’t need to attend again.
Overlapping Visits: If the system detects an overlap between your new contract and existing visits, you’ll see a conflict warning. You can submit partial availability through your CarePro App for consideration by our Service Coordination (SCO) Team. Do note that partial availability may not be accepted, as priority is given to PMCPs who can commit to the full contract schedule.
Schedule & Visit Rules: Once your contract is signed, your schedule is fixed. You’re not allowed to change your visit days or timing after signing. By signing, you agree to the schedule shown on your offer page. Only changes initiated by the Care Recipient and approved by the SCO Team will be considered.
- Applying for Other Visits: You can still apply for freelance visits, as long as they do not overlap with your PMCP contract timings. Always check your CarePro App calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Need Help or Support?
For non-urgent issues, go to “Get Help” under the Account page in your CarePro App.
For urgent matters (e.g. visit incidents, clock-in issues), use “Chat with Agent” to reach our Service Coordination Team via WhatsApp.
In summary:
Once you’ve signed your PMCP contract, your schedule is confirmed and must be followed. You can still take up freelance visits outside your contract hours, but visit timing changes for PMCP contracts are not allowed.
