How do I know if I am eligible for the Premier Care Professional Programme?

You are eligible for the Premier Care Professional Programme if you have completed at least 1 care visit with an eligible Care Recipient. 

If eligible, the available care plans for contract application will appear in your CP Mobile App under the “Contract” page
