The Premier Care Professional (PMCP) Programme is for Care Pros who take on long-term contracts of 6, 9, or 12 months for care recipients. It ensures consistent care for Care Recipients while giving Care Pros access to more stable work, structured benefits, and career development opportunities.
Selection is by invitation, and eligible Care Pros will be notified in their CP App.
